thence North 2 rods;
thence West 4 rods, more or less, to a point 6 rods East' of the West boundary
line of Lot 4 of said Block 26;
thence South 10 rods to a point on the South boundary line of said Block, Which
is 6 rods East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 4;
thence East 8 rods, more or less, along the South boundary line of said Block to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
