314 with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, being the
W'ASEM of Section 20, T33N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., ~Lincoln County,
wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the BLM type monument marking the Lincoln County surveyor PE/LS
3514, 1999 location for the southeast comer of the SW~A of said Section 20;
thence N 01o19'29'' E, along the east line of said SW'fi, 2562.71 feet to a BLM
type monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2003 location for
the Southwest comer of the NE ~A of said Section 20;
thence S 88o18'42'' E, along the south line of said NE~A, 1335.08 feet to an
aluminum cap on iron pipe marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2003
location for the northwest corner of the E%SE~A of said Section 20;
thence S 01o14'42'' W, along the west line of said EV2SE~A, 2525.83 feet to a
BLM type monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PR/LS 698, 2003
location for the Northeast corner of the W~ANE~A of Section 29;
thence N 89054'27" W, along the north line of said W~fiNE~A, 1338.87 feet to
the point of beginning. Containing 78.08 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
