2004, CORY L. COLLINS, Trustee, grantee of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laWs of the state, to-wit:
Part of Lot 3 of block 28 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 63 feet north of the Southwest corner of said Lot 3
and running thence N 01o57' E, 77 feet, three inches; thence East, 165
feet, more or less, to the east line of land contained in Warranty Deed
recorded September 18, 1979 in Book 160 PR on page 104 of records of
Lincoln County Clerk;
thence South, 24 feet, nine inches;
thence West, 84 feet, six inches; thence West, 84 feet, six inches; thence
South, 52 feet, six inches;
thence West, 80 feet, six inches to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
LESS'AND EXCEPT land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded
September 8, 1987 in Book 254 PR on page 569 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
