NIELD, LLC, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of whiCh is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to TERRY DEE NIELD, a single man, Grantee, of 5356 Highway 238, Alton, Wyoming, 83'110, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: A parcel of land situate within the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast comer of the'said SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, said comer also known as the Center-East 1/16 Comer of Section 9; AND RUNNING THENCE West, along mid-section line, a distance of 330 feet; THE'NCE North a distance of 396 feet; THENCE East a distance of 330 feet to the east boundary line of said SW'I/4NE1/4; THENCE South, along said boundary line, a distance of 396 feet to the point of beginning; ENCLOSING an area of 3.000 acres, more or less; TOGETHER WITH water rights and mineral rights; and SUBJECT TO easements of sight or record, including an easement along the east edge of the property for Wyoming State Secondary Highway 238.
