KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking 'Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 18,
1999, made and executed by Lindsay D. Moore and Tehawna L. Moore, husband and wife,, as
mortgagors, to The'Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $101,027.50 which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk: and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 12m day of, July, 1999, in Book #432 PR of Mortgages, at. Page 745, as
document number 859875 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAD MORTGAGE."

The not~ secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released~ and ·
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
