below as "Assignor"), with post office address of 384 WASHINGTON STREET PO BOX 8007, AFTON WY
83110; and Zions First National Bank (referred to below as "Assignee"), whose address is One South Main Street,
Suite 700, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Mortgage DAVID A DECORIA AND ROXANNE A DECORIA, mortgagors, executed and granted to THE BANK
OF STAR VALLEY, mortgagee, the following described Mortgage dated December 19, 2000 (the "Mortgage"), which
has been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, real property records as follows: Recorded December 20, 2000
as Book 457 PR, Page 248.
Property Description. The Mortgage covers the following described real property (the "Real Property") located in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
See Exhibit "A" Attached.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 845 South Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110.
Assignment of Mortgage. For Valuable Consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and conveys to Assignee all of
Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the above described Mortgage including any subsequent modifications,
together with all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the Pronfissory Note or Notes (or other credit agreements)
secured by the Mortgage.
