Property Description. The Mortgage covers the following described real property (the "Real Property") located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming: See Exhibit "A" Attached. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 845 South Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110. Assignment of Mortgage. For Valuable Consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and conveys to Assignee all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the above described Mortgage including any subsequent modifications, together with all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the Pronfissory Note or Notes (or other credit agreements) secured by the Mortgage.
