the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of thehomestead exemption laws of the state

SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-Way of record, in sight, or in use.
