GREENE AND MARY S. CROSBY, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose address is 1434 7th West Ave. Kemmerer~ Wy 83101 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these Presents, gram, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the 'County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to~wit: Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Block 7 to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
