QUITCLAIM DEED
Thomas B. Schulthess, also known as Tom B. Schulthess, of Kemmerer,
Wyoming, Grantor, for One Dollar and other good and valuable
consideration, hereby quitclaims unto himself, Tom B. Schulthess and
his wife, Darlene A. Schulthess, as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, of the same place,
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming:
