Lynn M. Nield being deceased, of 10996 Highway 238, Aflon, ~ 83110 (,'seller"), and
Robert ~. McKim and Lyniece McKim, husband and wife, for an undivided 1/2 interest, of
10964 Highway 238, Aflon, ~ 831~0, and Michael Olsen and Lyne~e Olsen, husband
and wife, for an Undivided 1/2 interest, of PO Box 367, Aflon, ~ 83110 ("buyer").
WITNESSETH:
That the seller agrees to sell and convey to the buyer, and the buyer agrees to
purchase the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
WYoming, to-wit:
Three parcels of land located in Section 30,.T32N, Rl18W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly describbd on Exhibit'A
attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
SUBJECT TO all covenants,-easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations
and.rights Of way of Sight or record.
The sale is made upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit:
..1. A Sales Agreement of even date containing the complete conditiOns,
covenants and terms governing this transaction is now in full force and effect; and those
conditions, covenants and terms not specifically recited in this agreement, but recited in the
Sales Agreement referred to, are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Any and all interest, right or title acquired in the above described real property
by virtue of subsequent transactions with the undersigned seller will be wholly subject to
the right, interest and equity of the undersigned buyer in such real property arising by virtue
of this contract and the aforementioned Sales Agreement.

3. In the event of buyer's default under the Sales Agreement referred to and
forfeiture of buyer's interest in the described premises pursuant to the terms of the Sales
Agreement, an affidavit by seller, .or their agent, showing such default and forfeiture and
recorded in the County Recorder'S Office of Lincoln County, Wyoming, shall be conclusive
proof in favor of any subsequent bona fide purchaser or encumbrancer for value of such
default and forfeiture, a'nd buyer hereby irrevocably authorizes seller or their agent to
declare' and record such default and forfeiture and agrees to be bound by such declaration
as his act and deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties to this agreement have hereunto signed
their names as of the day and year first above written.

Following section line East Eighty-six (86)feet; thence South Three
Hundred Sixty-three (363) feet; thence West 300 Hundred (300) feet to U.S.
89 Highway Right-of-Way; thence North Thidy-three (33) feet; thence East
Two Hundred Fourteen (214) feet; thence North Three Hundred Thirty (330)
feet to point of beginning, containing Thirty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred
Eighty (38,280) square feet, more or less.
COmmencing at a point Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet East of the Northwest
corner of Section Thirty (30), Township Thirty-two (32), Range One Hundred
Eighteen (118) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian. Following section line
East One Hundred (100) feet; thence South Three Hundred Sixty-three
(363) feet; thence West One Hundred (100) feet; thence North Three
Hundred Sixty-three (363) feet to the point of beginning, containing Thirty~
six thousand Three Hundred (36,300) square feet, more or less.
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Section Thirty (30) in TOwnship
Thirty-two (32) North, Range One Hundred Eighteen (118) West of the Sixth .
Prir~cipal Meridian, and running thence East Sixteen (16) Rods; thence
South Twenty (20) Rods; thence West Sixteen (16) ROds; thence North
Twenty (20) Rods to the place of beginning, together with improvements
and water-rights, excepting, however, the portion thereof occupied and
used as part of the Highway right-of-way, along the West edge of said land.
