Banking Corporation, does hereby ce~ify that a ceflain moflgage bearing the date of June 2, 2003,
made and executed by Rhett Blair Hurd and Shanna May Hurd, Husband and Wife, as
mo~gagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a tuG,gage conveying a lien on ce~ain real
estate therein described as security for the pa~ent of $116,000.00 w~ch mo~gage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-fficio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, 'on the 6th day of June 2003, in Book ~523 PR of Mortgages, at Page 064 as
Document Number 890504 and pe~aining to the following described real estate in said Count, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured therebY and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby re!ease and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and

Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
