THIS INDENTURE, made the__

FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the United States of America, the GRANTOR and
QUAYLE W. DUTSON,
a Married Person,
whose address is 967 N. Ft. Canyon Road, Alpine, UT 84004
as Grantee,
WlTNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming
by, through or under it unto the said Crrantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 3 and the South 20 feet of Lot 2 of Block 20 to the Town of Cokeville, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Special Warranty Deed
recorded November 26, 2003 in Book 642PR on page 558 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, and
these presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer, the day and year first above writ-ten.
