KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Utah Power & Light Employees' Credit Union, a
corporation of the United States of America, does hereby certifiy that mortgage beating the date of
February 8, 2002 made and executed by Jay J. Johnson and Barbara S. Johnson, as mortgagors,
to Utah Power & Light Employees' Credit Union, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $70,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on February 21, 2002 number 879293 in the Book 483 PR on page 897 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
All Lands as Described in said Mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
