of P.O. Box 1044, Thayne, Wydming 83127, Grantors, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to RAYMOND D. BERGSTROM & CYNTHIA K.
BERGSTROM, TRUSTEES of The Bergstrom Family Trust dated February 11, 2004, c/o P.O.
Box 1044, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantees, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as 'follows:
Lot 84, Nordic Ranches Subdivision No. 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according
to that plat filed May 18, 1996 as Plat No. 311F in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto.
Subject to all reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent
and to all easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyolning.
