That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 30, 1990 in Book 400PR at pages 43
through 45 as Instrument No. 0841701, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto.
Subject to all easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTION~
This Attachment modifies the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for the Jones Tracts, dated January 2Sth, 1994, signed by
Warren K. Jones, Elizabeth A. C. Jones, and L. Kelth Tlndall.
Modifications to ARTICLE I, RESTRICTIONS ON USE, are as follows.,

property may be divided, subdivided, sold, transferred, leased or conveyed
in any manner unless that portion shall be at least tour (4.0) acres In size, it
