MOORE, as single person, of P.O. Box 5028, Etna, Wyoming 83118, Grantee, the following described perpetual right-of-way easement: 1. PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. This easement is for the purpose of providing a perpetual, non-exclusive 30-foot wide right-of-way easement to provide ingress and egress for recreational purposes only to lands owned by the United States of America acting through the Bureau of Land Management from Grantee's land The easement is appurtenant to Grantee's land described below to provide access from that land to the Bureau of Land Management land located generally to the southeast. 2. CONDITIONS OF EASEMENT. The conditions of the easement are: a. It is a common easement for the mutual benefit of Grantor and Grantee. The easement may not be fenced by Grantee without the prior written consent of Grantor. The easement may not be improved without the prior written consent of Grantor. d. Maintenance of the easement shall be solely the responsibility of Grantee. GRANTEE'S REAL PROPERTY. Grantee's lands to which this easement is appurtenant are located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and are'more particularly described as follows: SWl/4SW1/4 of Section 24, T36N, Rll9W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and NE1/4NW1/4 and NWl/4NWl/4 of Section 25, T36N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. 4. DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. The easement is described as follows: The South 30 feet of the West 30 feet of the Wl/2NWl/4NE1/4 of Section 25, T36N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. 5.' BINDING EFFECT. 'The terlns and conditions of tiffs easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns of the parties named herein. 6. WAIVER OF HOMESTEAD RIGHTS. The Grantor hereby waives and releases all rights to the described easement under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming to the extent that such rights may interfere with the purposes of this ease~nent.
