Wanetta Clark aka Wannetta Clark of Etna, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
upon her oath depose and say:
1. That she is the present and past owner of the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
The West one-half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
(w1/2NWl/4NE 1/4) of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 119 West,
60' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
2. That on August 10, 1977, Clara T. Clark, Administratrix, as Lessors entered into an Oil &
Gas Lease with Texas Pacific Oil Company, Inc., as Lessee, in which they leased certain mineral
rights on the above described property ("The Lease"). The lease was recorded November 28,
1977, Book 141 P.R,, Page 540.
3. That the term of the Lease was 5 years from its date of execution August 10, 1977, unless
extended pursuant 'to the terms of the Lease.
4. That Texas Pacific Off Company, Inc. or their successors never entered into the production of
minerals on the described real property, made any improvements on the described real property,
gave the Lessor under the Lease written notice of any extension, paid .may additional sums or did'
anything else pursuant to the terms of'the Lease to extend the date of the leases expiration date.
5. Therefore, the Lease, expired by its terms on August 10, 1982.
