of Alexandria, Douglas
County, Minnesota (mailing address: PO Box 98, Alexandria, MN 56308), and
successor in interest to Star Valley, LLC pursuant to that Certificate of Merger issued by
the Secretary of State of Minnesota and dated January 2, 2001, grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is
herebY acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEYS and
QUITCLAIMS to the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees, of cio Real Estate
Operations, Dept. 3314, 100'0 E. University Avenue, Laramie, WY 82071, grantee, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at a point which is 1475 feet West and 200 feet North of the E
1/4 corne¢ of Section 25, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and
running thence N 90° W, 483.35 feet; thence N 0° W, 250 feet; thence N 90°
E, 483.35 feet; thence S 0° E, 250 feet to the point of beginning, being a
rectangular tract located in the SWI/4NEI/4 of said Section 25.
ALSO hereby releasing and relinquishing all right, title and interest pursuant
to that certain Right-of-Way Easement dated September 11, 1971, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 28, 1971, in
Book 95 PR, page 411, recOrding number 433641.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be signed
