for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants and conveys to
West Alton Sprinkler Company, a Wyoming corporation of PO Box 804, Afton,
WY 83110, grantee, the following described perpetual right-of-way easement for the
following purposes:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing
access to operate and maintain an underground irrigation water pipeline over, across and
along.a strip of land to such extent as is deemed necessary to operate, maintain and repair
an underground irrigation pipeline to carry irrigation water to lands served by grantee.
Conditions of this Easement. The conditions of this easement are:
a. It is a non-exclusive easement.
b. The easement may not be fenced by grantee without the prior
written consent of grantor.
3. Description of Easement. The easemen[ is described as follows:
A strip of land within the Sl/2NEIi4 of Section 25, T32N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described on the attached "Description
for West Alton Sprinkler Company, Inc. Irrigation Pipeline Through Custom
Dried Foods Tract".
4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit of the successors in interest and assigns of the parties
named in this instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be signed

Wyoming, described as follows:
The north 11.5 feet of the following described tract:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly extension of the south line of Block 6 of
the Original Townsite of Afion of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as
Plat No. 100 with an existing north/south fence line, N87°-40'-26"W, 727.41 feet from the
southwest point of said Block 6, also being N25°-36'-28"W, 282.70 feet from the
southwest comer of the SE¼NE¼ of said Section 25;
thence S01 °-.42'-08'W, 24.66 feet to a point;
thence S89°:24'-47"W, 493.67 feet to a point on an exisiing fence line;
thence coursing said fence line as follows:
N00°-07'-50"W, 242.80 feet to a point;
N89°-24'-06"E, 501.44 feet to a point;
S01°-42'-08"W, 218.43 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
