ALSO, the North 943.14 feet of the East 530 feet of the SW ~,6 NE ~,~ of Section 35, T33N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 696.57 feet and the East 353.31 feet of the East 530 feet of said Section 35. ALSO, that part of the NW ~A SE ~A of Section 35, T33N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 263PR on page 80, described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the said NW IA SE1A, found as described in that Certified Land Coruer Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office; thence S 00o25.8, E, 22.10 feet, along the east line of the said NW~ASE~,~, to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike; thence S 89o24.4' W, 535.19 feet to a point; thence N 00°21.5' W, 24.29 feet to an intersection with the north line of the said NW~ASE~A, marked by a pipe; - thence N 89o38.5, E, 535.16 feet, along the said north line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
