WHEREAS, Eric A. Garner, a single person, as mo~g~or(s)i
mortgaged to Wells Fargo HomelMortgage, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated January 25, 2002 (the
"Mort_qaae"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
January 29, 2002, in/as Book 482 PR at Page 452.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of .Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on October 17, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at thb .front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse,
in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. ("Successful
Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $112,500.00, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on October 17, 2003 ("Sale Date"); and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deed~ in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on October 17, 2003, in/as Book 538 at Page 875;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 20, 2004 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of De~ds in and for Lincoln
County, State o!.,.W_yoming, on the. . ~?-/'/,', day of '

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the'laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for'said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have .GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 5 of the Star Valley Ranch.Plat 4, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat therof
with an address of
118 Brambleberry Driv~ 'Thay~e, WY 83127
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurteoapces thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and
assigns forever.
