transfer and convey, unto EVAN SIMPSON and BEVERLY ANN SIMPSON, husband and
wife, (herein "Assignees") their fights and obligations under a certain Mortgage dated the 12'h of
September, 2002, made and executed by GUY JACOBSON, CELESTE JACOBSON, EVAN
SIMPSON, and BEVERLY ANN SIMPSON as Managing Members and/or Designated
Members of CONSOLIDATED WASTE MANAGEMENT, LLC, A WYOMING LIMITED
LIABILITY COMPANY, to and in favor of THE BANK OF STAR VALLEY, said instrument
recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Recorders Office under Book 499 PR Page 161,
Instrument Number 884108. Said Mortgage being given upon the following described property
situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Parcel 1
T28N R119W of the 6'h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 21: N1/2NW1/4, SE1/4NW1/4, Wl/2NE1/4 and E1/2SE1/4
Parcel 2
All of the NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 21 and that part of the N1/2SW1/4 and that part of the
SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 21, T28N R118W of the 6'h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 256 PR on page
517, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said N1/2SW1/4; thence S 00022'02'' W, 1328.82

corner of beginning.

Said Mortgage given to secure payment of the original principal amount of Seventy Thousand
Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars ($70,627.00).
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, his successors and assigns, forever,
subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described Mortgage.
