DRANEY, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County on March 15, 1996 in Book 381 PR Page 244, Instrument No. 816783, together with the debt thereby secured is paid in full, satisfied and discharged. That part of the S1/2S1/2SW1/4 of Section 18, T31N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 323 of Photostatic Records on page 296, described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest comer of said S1/2S 1/2SW1/4, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office; thence S89°-47'-10'' E, 597.15 feet, along the north line of said S1/2S1/2SW1/4, to the nOrthwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 327 of Photostatic Records on page 696; thence S00°-20'-40"W, 212.28 feet, along the west line of said tract in Book 327, to a point; thence N89°-43'-46"W, 457.15 feet to a point; thence continuing N89°-43'-46"W, 140.00 feet to a spike on the west line of said S 1/2S1/2SW1/4; thence N00°-20'-40"E, 211.69 feet, along said west line to the CORNER OF BEGINNING ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.91 acres, more or less; SUBJECT to easements of sight and record; the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of the NWl/4 of Section 18, T31N, R118W, being N89°-34'-00"E; each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details; each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinfoming rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details; all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of 'the Clerk of Lincoln County titled "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY PARCEL DIVISION APPLICATION FOR DENNIS L.
