WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 23rd day of February, 2004 by and between the
FRONTIER SUITES PROPERTIES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Utah, the GRANTOR and
JUSTIN T. MISPLAY,
a Single Person,
whose address is 312 Opal, Kemmerer, WY .83101
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parCel of land situated in the. County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
The Westerly 61 feet of Lot 8 of Block 52 of the Second Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
