of Ten Dollars and No Cents ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration hereby convey and

real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows:

is laid down and described on the official plat of said subdivision on file and of
record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and
for said county and state.
