QUITCLAIM DEED

J. ST~T and WOODY DEE ST~T, also known as WOODY ST~T, of the Town of LaBarge,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND .QUITCLAIMS to DONALD L. STUDT and PAULINE STUDT, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, of the Town of LaBarge, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
Grantees, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Numbered 6 Of Block Numbered A in the Riverview Addition to the Town of
Tulsa (now LaBarge), Wyoming, and all after acquired .property.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
