KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE .PRESENTS, That General Electric Capital Corporation, a
Delaware corporation, with an office at 500 West Monroe Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661 does hereby
certify that a certain Futui~e Advances Open End Mortgage, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases
and Rents, Financing Statement and Fixture Filing bearing date the 30"' day of August, 2001, made and
executed by First Energy Service Company, a Delaware corporation, successor by merger with Schmid
Oilfield Services, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, as mortgagor, to General Electric Capital Corporation, a
DelaWare corporation, as Agent and as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of the aggregate principal amount of $30,000,000.00 as therein stated, which.
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 6th
day of September, 2001 in Book 47~.2~_2, Page 233, as Document No. 0875742, as amended by that certain
First Amendment to Future Advances Open End Mortgage, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases
and Rents, Financing Statement and Fixture Filing dated as of August 30, 2002 and recorded in the office
of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 3, 2002 in Book 4.~98, Page 255,
as Document No. 883721, and mortgaging the real estate in said County described on Exhibit A attached
hereto, is, with a note secure thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagor the premises thereby cOnveyed and mortgaged.
