Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemptiOn laws of the State'of Wyoming, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the E1/2SW1/4, Section 3, T36N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being a portion of that tract of land recorded in the Office
of the Lincoln County Clerk, Book 71 P.R., Page 520, being bounded on the
North by that tract of land recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
Book 100 P.R., Page 403, and bounded on the West by U.S. Highway 89, and.
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point common to the Southwest corner of said tract
recorded in Book 100 P.R., Page 403; said point lying S14°43'48"E,'1227.22 feet
from the CW 1/16 corner of said Section 3, a BLM type brass cap
approximately set and inscribed by PE & LS 578; thence S10°36'30"E along the
Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89, 360.0 feet to a point; thence
N79°23'30'' E, 139.0 feet to a point; thence N13°13'19"W, 340.79 feet to the
point common with the Southeast corner of that tract recorded in Book 100
P.R., Page 403; thence S88°23'47"W, 125.0 feet to the point of beginning. The
aforementioned points being monumented by a 16 inch long steel reinforcing
bar with aluminum Surv-Kap inscribed "NELSON ENGR PE & LS 578".
The Basis of Bearing being N00°31'07"W along the East line of the
SE1/4NW1/4, Section 3, T36N, R119W.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-way
of sight and/or record.
