It is hereb~ made o~ publio reoord that a Real Estate Sal~s Agreement, dated
November 14, 2003, by and between WAN WOLFLEY and sUsAN WOLFLEY Sellers,
and RONALD ONKES and JAN ONKES, for CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION, INC., Buyer,
exists for the purchase of the following-described real property situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE "EXHIBIT A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE PART OF BY
REFERENCE AS iF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Subject to any easements, rights-of-way, mining or mineral reservations, of sight or of
record, legally acquired. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements
and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of
record or in use.
Said Real Estate Sales Agreement is being held in escrow by the First National
Bank in Afton, Wyoming.
