RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (By Corpor/itioi
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, First National Bank- West, formerly known as
First National Bank in Evanston, a corporation, of the County of Uinta and State of Wyoming, does
hereby certify that Mortgage, bearing date the 30th day of July, 2002 made and executed by Robert B
Hilbert, a married man, as Mortgagors, to First National Bank in Evanston, now known as First National
Bank - West, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $126,121.00 as therein stated, which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, on the 2nd day of August, 2002 in Book 495
of Mortgages, at Page 740 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"All lands described in said mortgage"
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

Bank in Evanston, has caused these presents to be signed by Brenda L Thompson its Real Estate Loan

On this 26th day of February, 2004 before me personally appeared Brenda L Thompson to me
personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Real Estate Loan Officer of the
First National Bank - West, f/n/a First National Bank in Evanston, and that said instrument was signed
on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said Brenda L Thompson
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
