THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into effective
the 1st day of February, 2004, by and between David E.
Huber, a single person, whose mailing address is 420 Wilkes
Drive #9, Green River, WY 82935, hereinafter referred to as
the Seller, and David R. Fitzgerald, whose mailing address
is 3846 South 610 West, Salt Lake City, UT 8411.9,
hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, witnesseth as
follows:
Subject to the terms, conditions, covenants and
agreements and for the consideration recited in that certain
Contract of Sale, made and entered into effective the 1st
day of February, 2004, by and between the above named Seller
and Purchaser, the Seller has agreed to sell and the
Purchaser has agreed to purchase the following described
real property and premises, to wit:
Lot Seven (7), Unit C-3, Commissary Ranch
Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as said Lot
is laid down and described on the official plat
thereof, filed of record in the Office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all
appurtenances situate thereon and appertaining
thereto, subject, however, to all exceptions,
reservations, easements and restrictions of'
record.
The purpose of this agreement is to effect notice
of the foregoing sale and the terms, covenants and
agreements controlling the same are set forth in the afore-
referenced Contract of Sale, an executed copy of which is
held by each the Seller and the Purchaser.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands
effective as of the date noted above.
