THIS INDENTURE, made the 8th
day of March, 2004 by and between the
BEDFORD PROPERTIES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
TIMOTHY ALAN ALLRED,
whose address is 48 East Aspen Grove Drive #K-4, Evanston, WY 82930
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
described as follows to-Wit:
Lot 4 of Bedford Hide-A-Way Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
Official Plat filed September 5, 2003 as Instrument No. 893161 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
