ROBINSON, husband and wife Grantees of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming. for the:sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration ....... the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Commencing at a point which is twelve (12) rods South and ten (10) rods East of the Northwest Corner of Lot numbered two (2) in Block fourteen (14) in the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South seventy- seven (77) feet; thence West twenty-five (25) feet, thence South fifty-five (55) feet to the South boundary line of Lot two (2) thence East twenty-three (23) rods, eighh and one-half (8.5) feet, thence North twenty (20) rods; thence West four (4) rods; thence South twelve (12) rods; thence West eighteen (18) rods to the point of ~eginning, together With water rights Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
