THIS INDENTURE, made the ~ .~ day of February, 2004 by and between the
MOUNTAIN MEADOW LOG HOMES, LLC,
a Wyoming limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
of tlie State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
RODNEY DALE FEGENBUSH AND TAMILLA JEAN FEGENBUSH,
as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship,
whose address is 205 Serpolla, Carpenteria, CA 93013
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
described as follows to-wit:
Lot 35 of the Bridger View Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
