GRANTORS, of 427 5th Street, Labarge, Wyoming, 83123, for. and in
consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Note TraCker Corp, of
50-19 69th Place, Woodside, New York, 11377, the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln' County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemptions laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots 17 and 18 Block 26, First addition of the town of LaBarge,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including the building and all appurtenances and fixtures located
thereon or therein. Subject to all restriction, covenants, town ordinances and
easements or vision or in use, and mortgages of record.
