WI-IEI~AS, the City Council has determined that iidg~r certain conditions, the vacation
of Fossil Butte Court is in the best interests of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has complied with the requirements of 24-3-101 et. seq. of State
Laws; and
WHEREAS, the adjacent property owner has agreed to the vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Section 1: That particular street know as Fossil Butte Court as platted in Block 1
of the Fossil Butte Subdivision of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming from the point where it exits or is adjoining Carbon Street or the south
boundary line of Carbon Street is hereby vacated to the adjacent property owner.
Section 2: The Mayor is authorized to execute all documents nec. essary for the
vacation including a quitclaim deed upon the compliance of all conditions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2? day of February, 2004.
