SMITH AND PAULA SMITH Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is 410 Willow Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A rectangular tract of land 100 feet by 140 feet, situate in Tract 63, T21N Ri 16W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at the SW corner of Lot 1 in Block 8 of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence N 4o38, E, a distance of 160 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 85o22, E, 100 feet; thence N 4o38, E, 140 feet; thence N 85o22, W, 100 feet; thence S 4038, W, 140 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. WITNESS our hands this /I day of March, 2004.
