Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and

Wyoming, it heirs and assigns forever, all such right, .title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have in or to all the following described
property, to-wit:
A parcel of land being part of the vacated sectiOns of Lincoln Street (formerly
E~st Tenth Street) and part of Sublet AvenUe (fOrmerly East First Avenue) and
being more particularly described as folloWS: '
