grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN
DOLL, S ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
aclmowledged, CO~EYS A~ W~TS to DE~ ~ATT and LEE ~ATT, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, ~antees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described
real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by viaue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
~ undivided tworthirds interest in the following described land:
Commencing at the Southwest coruer of Section 35, T35N
R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln Count, Wyoming and
m~ing thence Noah 20 rods;
thence East 40 rods;
thence South 20 rods;
thence West 40 rods to the point ofbegi~ing.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appuaenances thereon
situate or in an~ise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however to all rese~ations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by viaue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
Hereby creating and rese~ing a life estate in Stanley C. Izatt and Sandra L~ Izatt.
Stanley C. Izatt and/or Sandra L~m Izatt shall have the right to use the cuxent residence located
on the herein described prope~y for either of their lives. However, their life estate and use
thereof is limited in that they shall only have the rights of the life estate so long as they use the
cuxent residence as their prima~ residence and it may not be rented, leased or loaned to any
third persons for the use of the residence other than Stanley C. Izatt and Sandra L~ katt.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appuaenances thereon
situated or in an~ise appeaaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all rese~ations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

The foregoing instrument was executed on the//7~day of March, 2004, by
Stanley C. Izatt, Trustee of the LAYLAUN DRU TRUST, dated April 25th, 1981, that he
personally appeared before me and was dually sworn and upon oath represented that he was the
trustee of the Trust that the foregoing Warranty Deed was executed on behalf of the Trust and
that he had authority Under the terms under the written Trust and that it was the Trust's free act
and deed of the Trust.
