Colorado limited liability company, the following-described real estate situated in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
All those lands more particularly described on Exhibit
A attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon
and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto
belonging. Subject to all easements, conditions,
restrictions and rights-of-way of sight and record.
Executed on July 23, 2003, but effective as of August 1, 2003.
