For good and valuable consideration, 'the undersigned, The Bank of Star Valley,
Mortgagee, hereby subordinates its Mortgage recorded Ianuary 28, 2004 in Book 546PR on page
876 to the easement between Steven B. Rich, Dorlene R. Rich, Travis Lancaster and Machelle
Lancaster recorded February 20, 2004 in Book $48PR on page 609 of the records of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming.

The undersigned, by execution of this subordination agreement, does not release the lien
existing by virtue of its mortgage, but only subordinates to the extent described in said easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has executed fids Subordination
Agreement this ~ day of March, 2004.
