THIS INDENTURE, made the
day of March, 2004 by and between the
KUNKLE AND KALLAL LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
JONATHAN ADAM AND SHANNON ADAM,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 11262 Jackson, ~ 83002
as Grantee,
WlTNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
described as follows to-wit:
Lot 124 of the Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights~of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
