QUITCLAIM
EDWARD D. SMITH and LORETTA SMITH, husband and wife, 2908 S. Benton Place,
Kmmewick, Washington 99337, as GRANTORS, for and in consideration only of the
payment of one dollar ($1), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; hereby CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to
EDWARD D. SMITH and LORETTA SMITH, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the
sMITH LIVING TRUST, dated FEB 2 6 200q , and any amendments thereto. It is
the intent of the Trustors to convert this asset from Joint Tenancy to Tenants in Common.
The named beneficiaries being EDWARD D. SMITH and LORETTA SMITH then as set forth in

the following described real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to wit:

the Official Records of Lincoln Cotmty, Wyoming.
