The TRUE POINT OF .BEGINNING being the Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in the center line
of U.S. Highway 89 right of way, said point being 56.96 feet, N 89°59'01 E along the

from the B.L.M. type monument found marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698 1998 location
