Assignment dated: July 29, 1998 Assignment recorded: October 14, 1998 Assignment recording information: Book 419 PR at Page 479 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Washington Mutual Bank, FA, successor in interest to Fleet Mortgage Corp., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on September 29, 2003, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Washington Mutual Bank, FA, successor in interest to Fleet Mortgage Corp.
