Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, March 7,
2002, executed by, Lance W. Bateman and Becky Dannett Bateman, husband and wife, a
mortgage convey/ng a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$19,561.01 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln COunty, State °fWyoming' on the 11 th day of March 2002 in Book 484PR of
Mortgages, at Page 893 as document number 879576 and pertaining to the following described
real estate in said County, to-wit:

corporation.
