Know All Men By These Presen't~:
That Kevin P. Hill has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make,
constitute and appoint Shannon R. Hill, true and lawful attorney for him and in his name, place buy,
convey and mortgage realty and to execute note, mortgage and other instruments relating to realty
and I hereby give my said attorney full power to do everything whatsoever, requisite and necessary
to be done in said transaction pertaining to the purchase of the following described property:
Lot 3 Buckskin Crossing Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed August
151996 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 375
Giving and granting unto said attorney, fuli power and authority to do and perform all and every act
and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes, as he might or could do if personally present with full power and substitution
and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or my substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
