as Tenants in Common,

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
That part of Section 28, T36N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled
"Mortenson Family Trust dated 19 September 2000 Wilkes Ranch Tract" dated
December 12, 2003 and revised January 28, 2004.
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress and ingress as reserved in instrument recorded
July 16, 1997 in Book 399PR on page 427 of the Official Records of Lincoln County
Clerk.
This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land lying
outside of land previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded September 11, 2002( in
Book 534PR on page 421 of the Official Records of Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservatibns, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

ENCOMPASSING an area of 86.1 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the line between said northeast comer of section
15, T4S R46E, Bonneville County, Idaho and the northwest comer of Section 28, T36N
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming being N00°- 11 '-54"W;
that the bearings and distances along the thread of the Salt River are approximate for the
purpose of calculating acreage and that the actual thread of Salt River is the boundary;
