rods South and 37 rods 2.5 feet East, more or less, to the existing Northeast fence comer of the School
Lot running thence South 511.5 feet, thence West 85 feet, more or less, thence South 118.5 feet, more
or less to the South line of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, thence East 492 feet, more or less, thence North
589.47 feet, thence West 248.5 feet, thence North 40.53 feet, thence West 158.5 feet, to the point of
beginning, EXCEPTiNG therefrom the East 85 feet.
ALSO, rights to share an access Easement from the Southeast Comer of Pot #2 East of the Northwest
Comer of Plat #1, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point of 42 rods South and 32

Commencing at a point which is 533.2 feet (32.2 rods) South and 465 feet East from said NW Comer

fence, thence West 63 feet along the fence, thence North 159.8 feet to the place of beginning.
