BERGSTROM and CYNTHIA K. BERGSTROM, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties,
of P.O. Box 1044, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantors, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to RAYMOND D. BERGSTROM & CYNTHIA K.
BERGSTROM, TRUSTEES of The B. ergstrom Family Trust dated February 11, 2004, c/o P.O.
Box 1044, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantees, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, WyOming, more particularly described as follows:
Part of Section 8, T34N, Rl l8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 33 feet North of the Southeast Corner of said Section 8 and running
thence North 646.2 feet; thence West 528 feet to the East Side Access Road; thence S
3o00, W, along the East Side Access Road 647 feet to the County Road; thence East
along the County Road to the point of beginning; and
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 8 and running thence North 33
feet; thence West 528 feet to the East Side Access Road; thence South 33 feet; thence
East 528 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto.
Subject to all easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
